Who is responsible for this website

What information we collect

Information you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share, typically your name, contact details, the location of your site and a description of your project.
Enquiry form data. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of survey, the site location and a message.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. This site does not use analytics cookies.confirm

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
To prepare a scope and quotation, and to deliver survey services you commission.
To keep a record of enquiries and correspondence for administration and legal purposes.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host this website and deliver enquiry messages to us. Enquiry form submissions are emailed to us via Resend.confirm
WhatsApp. Messages sent by WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and the period required for professional records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.confirm

Your rights

Subject to applicable law in Mauritius, including the Data Protection Act 2017confirm, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email surveyor@saifmurtuza.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Essential technical storage may be used by the hosting platform to serve pages securely.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including serving this website over HTTPS and limiting access to enquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
